Your privacy is hugely important to us.
You’ve been kind enough to provide us with necessary personal details in order to build a relationship with and/or receive a service from The Love Rats. We therefore have a duty of care in ensuring that your data is used appropriately and stored safely and securely.

Who we are
Our website address is: https://theloveratsduo.com. We are a professional Pop and Rock Duo from Coventry, UK called The Love Rats Duo. We are a trading subsidiary of Tetlow Music.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
For customers subscribing to our Monthly Newsletters: We collect your name and email address. We will receive your name and email address when you type it into one of our subscription boxes on our website. We will use it to send you the monthly newsletters that you have subscribed to receive.
For customers making Booking Enquiries via the ‘Quote me now!’ form on our Website: we will collect your name, address, phone number, email address & event information. We will receive your information when you fill in our online ‘Quote me now!’ form. We will use this information to check if we are available for the event in question and to continue a dialogue with the enquirer.
For customers who have made a Booking and have completed our Standard Live Engagement Contract: We will collect your name, address, phone number, email address, event information, your home address and signature (digital/physical). We will receive your information when you fill out our Standard Live Engagement Contract. The purpose of the contract is essentially to provide a legal agreement between two parties (the Hirer and the Band) confirming that one has agreed to do something for the other in return for a fee.
We will only request information that is relevant to the enquiry. It is the customers’ responsibility to not supply additional information that may be later viewed as sensitive or unnecessary to the enquiry.
